Understanding company culture and how it affects outcomes is a powerful lever for leading change—Harvard Business Review. While “Results” and “Caring” company cultures are most commonly emphasized by businesses, they are not the only cultures that businesses need to pay attention to. For example, if a business is pursuing a differentiation strategy, it may wish to emphasize “Learning”, “Purpose”, and “Enjoyment” cultures over others. If you’re changing any part of your business, don’t overlook the important task of developing the culture that needs to go along with it.
